Bonjour! Oops, I’m back. I honestly didn’t think so much time had passed. How did that happen? I’ve been busy judging the World Chocolate Awards Asia Pacific category (among other chocolate related projects). I’ve added a picture to the bottom of this newsletter showing what the judging process looks like. Yes, I ate all that chocolate and no I didn’t really enjoy it but it was really interesting!
