Issue 20: Biarritz
Bonjour!
Oops, I’m back. I honestly didn’t think so much time had passed. How did that happen? I’ve been busy judging the World Chocolate Awards Asia Pacific category (among other chocolate related projects). I’ve added a picture to the bottom of this newsletter showing what the judging process looks like. Yes, I ate all that chocolate and no I didn’t really enjoy it but it was really interesting!
This week I am taking you all with me to Biarritz in France. I only had one hot chocolate there (it was a quick trip) but I’ve shared some tips on what to do while visiting Biarritz. It is one of my favourite cities and even though you won’t find much in terms of hot chocolates (or maybe you will, let me know if you do), you will find plenty to do.
Right next to Biarritz is Bayonne, the chocolate capital of France. Here is a link if you want to add this to your virtual trip. Next week we will be crossing the border into Spain to sip hot chocolates and stuff ourselves silly in San Sebastian.
Thanks for following!
